What does this mean for you?
No action required
There's nothing you need to do right now, but here's what you can expect in the coming weeks. There will be a brief transition period while your ISA is reassigned, during which time your online account information will not be available. You'll receive a welcome communication when your ISA is onboarded to the new servicing system and all information needed to manage your account.
Seamless transition
Your new servicer, Knowledge Finance, will become your primary contact for your ISA going forward. Stride is here for career support, and questions about the transition. This transfer of servicing does not affect any term or condition of the ISA. Your ISA terms and benefits will all remain the same.
