Clasp is not a bank and is not a lender. Loans are issued by a chartered bank partner, Member FDIC. Clasp is not a licensed loan servicer and partners with a licensed third-party student loan servicer. All loans are subject to individual approval and adherence to underwriting guidelines; program restrictions, other terms and conditions apply. Clasp uses third-party vendors for credit reporting, default prevention and post-default collections.
