Who Can Apply
This program is currently open to eligible Physical Therapist (PT) students within 1 year of graduation.
Candidates must be committed to full-time employment (30+ hours/week) with HealthPro Heritage throughout the duration of the program.
Candidates must not be a current employee of HealthPro Heritage.

To be eligible for HealthPro Heritage Student Loan Repayment Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be enrolled in an "Eligible Degree", defined as a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or other agreed upon degree resulting in an ability to work as a Physical Therapist, offered by an educational institution approved by HealthPro Heritage.
- You will maintain satisfactory academic standing in your Eligible Degree Program, as determined by your Eligible Educational Institution.
- You must work full time (30+ hours per week) at HealthPro Heritage throughout the duration of the program.
- You are not a current employee of HealthPro Heritage at the time of your application.
- You will remain in good professional standing, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of HealthPro Heritage, from the date of your Agreement and throughout your employment with HealthPro Heritage.
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- You are eligible for and successfully obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist prior to commencing your employment with HealthPro Heritage, and you maintain such licensure during your employment.
- After graduation, you are able to meet all applicable onboarding requirements of HealthPro Heritage and are fully available for and actively working as a Physical Therapist as directed by HealthPro Heritage in its sole and absolute discretion.
- You are in compliance with and, throughout your employment with HealthPro Heritage, continue to maintain full compliance with all HealthPro Heritage policies and procedures, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of HealthPro Heritage.
- You are eligible for and are able to obtain an eligible Educational Loan as made available by the U.S. Department of Education or a private lender serviced by one of the loan servicers supported by Clasp’s loan repayment platform.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed by HealthPro Heritage for 60 months of employment, HealthPro Heritage will pay up to $26,250 toward your eligible, synced student loans in installments via the Clasp platform. In case of voluntary employment termination or termination with cause, failure to meet the terms of your educational loan repayment agreement, or in the event you choose to leave the program at any time, you are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.
² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by HealthPro Heritage on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the HealthPro Heritage Student Loan Repayment Program.
