How to Apply
Applying to the program is simple and shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Here's what you do:

Who Can Apply?
The program application is currently open to eligible nursing students within 24 months of graduation.

About the Role
What You'll Do
- Provide direct, evidence-based patient care by assessing patient needs, administering treatments and medications, and monitoring clinical status to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate and lead care delivery by collaborating with physicians, care teams, and support staff, and by taking responsibility for patient flow, documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Uphold professional nursing standards and patient safety by following hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices while supporting continuous improvement and team-based care.

¹If qualified, selected, and employed by Lovelace Health System/Ardent Health for 3 years of employment, Lovelace Health System/Ardent Health will pay back up to $30,000 toward your eligible, synced student loans in monthly installments via the Clasp platform.
In case of voluntary employment termination or termination with cause, failure to meet the terms of your educational loan repayment agreement, or in the event you choose to leave the program at any time, you are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount.
You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.
² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by Lovelace Health System/Ardent Health on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the Lovelace Health System Student Loan Repayment Program.
