If you meet the minimum qualifications and are selected and hired by Novant Health, your student loan repayment benefit can be applied to your eligible education loans, federal or private.
GET SELECTED
If qualified and selected, you'll receive an in-school commitment from Novant Health to repay up to $90,000 of your eligible education loans over a set period of future employment as a full-time CRNA¹—including a $45,000 sign-on bonus.
SYNC YOUR LOANS
Once selected, you'll sync your eligible federal or private education loans on the Clasp platform.
LAUNCH YOUR CRNA CAREER
After graduation and licensure, you'll become a full time CRNA at Novant Health, subject to the terms of your employment agreement and offer. Once officially employed as a CRNA, Novant Health will begin making payments to your eligible, synced student loan(s) per the terms of your loan repayment agreement.

Program selection is not guaranteed and is not determined by Clasp. You must complete each of the above requirements and be formally selected into the program by the employer.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed by Novant Health for 3 years of employment, Novant Health will pay back up to $90,000 toward your eligible, synced student loans in installments via the Clasp platform. In case of voluntary employment termination or termination with cause, failure to meet the terms of your educational loan repayment agreement, or in the event you choose to leave the program at any time, you are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.
² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by Novant Health on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the Novant Health Remarkable Futures Program.
