To be eligible for Parkview Health Student Loan Repayment Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be enrolled in an "Eligible Degree", defined as a Bachelor's, or other agreed upon degree resulting in an ability to work as a Registered Nurse, offered by an educational institution approved by Parkview Health.
- You will maintain satisfactory academic standing in your Eligible Degree Program, as determined by your Eligible Educational Institution.
- You will remain in good professional standing, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Parkview Health, from the date of your Agreement and throughout your employment with Parkview Health.
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- You are eligible for and successfully obtain licensure as a RN prior to commencing your employment with Parkview Health, and you maintain such licensure during your employment.
- After graduation, you are able to meet all applicable onboarding requirements of Parkview Health and are fully available for and actively working as a Registered Nurse as directed by Parkview Health in its sole and absolute discretion.
- You are in compliance with and, throughout your employment with Parkview Health, continue to maintain full compliance with all Parkview Health policies and procedures, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Parkview Health.
- You are eligible for and are able to obtain an eligible Educational Loan as made available by the U.S. Department of Education or a private lender serviced by one of the loan servicers supported by Clasp's loan repayment platform.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed by Parkview Health for 5 years of employment, Parkview Health will pay up to $30,000 toward your eligible, synced student loans in installments via the Clasp platform. In case of voluntary employment termination or termination with cause, failure to meet the terms of your educational loan repayment agreement, or in the event you choose to leave the program at any time, you are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.
² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by Parkview Health on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the Parkview Health Student Loan Repayment Program.
