This program is currently open to eligible Anesthesiologist Assistant students, studying at eligible universities, within 2 years of graduation.

To be eligible for the UW Health Wisconsin Student Loan Repayment Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be enrolled in an "Eligible Degree", defined as a Master's degree resulting in an ability to work as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA), offered by an educational institution approved by UW Health Wisconsin.
- You will maintain satisfactory academic standing in your Eligible Degree Program, as determined by your Eligible Educational Institution.
- You will remain in good professional standing, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of UW Health Wisconsin, from the date of your Agreement and throughout your employment with UW Health Wisconsin.
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- You are eligible for and successfully obtain CAA certification prior to commencing your employment with UW Health Wisconsin, and you maintain such certification during your employment.
- After graduation, you are able to meet all applicable onboarding requirements of UW Health Wisconsin and are fully available for and actively working as a CAA as directed by UW Health Wisconsin in its sole and absolute discretion.
- You are in compliance with and, throughout your employment with UW Health Wisconsin, continue to maintain full compliance with all UW Health Wisconsin policies and procedures, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of UW Health Wisconsin.
- You are eligible for and are able to obtain an eligible Educational Loan as made available by the U.S. Department of Education or a private lender serviced by one of the loan servicers supported by Clasp's loan repayment platform.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed by UW Health Wisconsin for 5 years of employment, UW Health Wisconsin will pay up to $150,000 toward your eligible, synced student loans in installments via the Clasp platform. In case of voluntary employment termination or termination with cause, failure to meet the terms of your educational loan repayment agreement, or in the event you choose to leave the program at any time, you are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.
² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by UW Health Wisconsin on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the UW Health Wisconsin Student Loan Repayment Program.
