Sync your eligible student loans on the Clasp platform. AHN pays in equal monthly installments over 60 months of active service — up to $1,000/month in months 1–12 and 13–24, $2,000/month in months 25–36 and 37–48, and $3,166.67/month in months 49–60.¹

Who Can Apply

This program is currently open to eligible CRNA students who are within two years of graduation.

To be eligible for the Allegheny Health Network Student Loan Repayment Program:

  • You must be a full-time CRNA team member employed by Allegheny Health Network.
  • You will maintain your CRNA licensure and remain in good professional standing throughout your employment with AHN.
  • You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • You have eligible education loan debt from your CRNA or nursing education, as an eligible federal or private educational loan serviced by one of the loan servicers supported by Clasp's loan repayment platform.
  • You are in compliance with and will maintain full compliance with all AHN policies and procedures throughout your employment.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed full-time by Allegheny Health Network, AHN will pay up to $110,000 toward your eligible, synced student loans via the Clasp platform in equal monthly installments over 60 months of active service: $1,000 per month in months 1–12 (up to $12,000), $1,000 per month in months 13–24 (up to $12,000), $2,000 per month in months 25–36 (up to $24,000), $2,000 per month in months 37–48 (up to $24,000), and approximately $3,166.67 per month in months 49–60 (up to $38,000). Month 1 begins with the first installment paid after you enroll in the program, and no installment is paid for any month in which you are not actively employed. This program is open to full-time team members only. If you do not begin employment because of failure to meet the requirements for hire (i.e. failure to gain licensure), if you choose to leave the Student Loan Repayment Program at any time, if you voluntarily leave employment for any reason, or are terminated from employment, you will be disqualified from the program and any loan repayment benefit facilitated through the program. You are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.

² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by Allegheny Health Network on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the Allegheny Health Network Student Loan Repayment Program.
