Who Can Apply
This program is currently open to eligible nursing (RN) students and clinicians within 12 months of graduation.

To be eligible for the Family of Caring Student Loan Repayment Program:
- You must be a full-time or part-time registered nurse employed by Family of Caring Healthcare System.
- You will maintain your professional licensure and remain in good professional standing throughout your employment with Family of Caring.
- You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- You have eligible education loan debt from your nursing education, as an eligible federal or private educational loan serviced by one of the loan servicers supported by Clasp's loan repayment platform.
- You are in compliance with and will maintain full compliance with all Family of Caring policies and procedures throughout your employment.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed by Family of Caring Healthcare System, Family of Caring will pay up to $25,000 toward your eligible, synced student loans via the Clasp platform in monthly installments over 36 months of active service. Month 1 begins with the first installment paid after you enroll in the program, and no installment is paid for any month in which you are not actively employed. If you do not begin employment because of failure to meet the requirements for hire (i.e. failure to gain licensure/certification), if you choose to leave the Student Loan Repayment Program at any time, if you voluntarily leave employment for any reason, or are terminated from employment, you will be disqualified from the program and any loan repayment benefit facilitated through the program. You are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.
² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by Family of Caring on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the Family of Caring Student Loan Repayment Program.
