Who Can Apply
This program is currently open to eligible Respiratory Therapy students who are within 6 months of graduation.

To be eligible for the Lionstone Student Loan Repayment Program, you must meet and continue to meet all of the following criteria:
- You must be enrolled in an Eligible Degree Program, defined as an Associate or Bachelor of Science degree program in Respiratory Therapy.
- You are scheduled to graduate within 6 months.
- You will maintain satisfactory academic standing in your Eligible Degree Program, as determined by your Eligible Educational Institution.
- You are eligible for and successfully obtain licensure as a Respiratory Therapist prior to commencing your employment with Lionstone Care, and you maintain such licensure during your employment.
- You are in compliance with and will maintain full compliance with all Lionstone Care policies and procedures throughout your employment, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Lionstone Care.
- You have eligible education loan debt, as an eligible federal or private educational loan serviced by one of the loan servicers supported by Clasp's loan repayment platform.
- If applicable, you have created your online account with your loan servicer.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed by Lionstone Care for 5 years (60 months) of employment, Lionstone Care will pay back up to $45,000 toward your eligible, synced student loans in monthly installments of up to $750 via the Clasp platform. In case of voluntary employment termination or termination with cause, failure to meet the terms of your educational loan repayment agreement, or in the event you choose to leave the program at any time, you are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.
² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by Lionstone Care on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the Lionstone Student Loan Repayment Program.
