How it Works
1. Apply to the "EYE"mazing Opportunity
Review the MyEyeDr. Pathways Program details. Confirm that it aligns with your professional career objectives, and submit your application.
2. Match With MyEyeDr.
After submitting your MyEyeDr. Pathways Program application, if qualified and selected, you'll receive an in-school commitment from MyEyeDr. to repay up to $132,300.00 of your eligible education loan(s) over a specified period of future employment, per the terms of your employment agreement.¹
3. Sync Your Loans
Once selected, you'll either sync your eligible federal or private education loans.
4. Your Career in Focus
After graduation, you'll officially join MyEyeDr. as a full time doctor, subject to the terms of your employment agreement. Once officially employed, MyEyeDr. will begin making payments to your eligible, synced student loan(s) per the terms of your educational loan repayment agreement.¹

How to Apply
To apply for future employment and student loan repayments through the MyEyeDr. Pathways Program, you will need to complete the following:
- Video essay (3 min)
- Transcript
- Interview with the MyEyeDr. team
Program selection is not guaranteed and is not determined by Clasp. You must complete each of the above requirements and be formally selected into the program by the employer.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed by MyEyeDr. for 3 years of employment, MyEyeDr. will pay back up to $132,300.00 toward your eligible, synced student loans in installments via the Clasp platform.
In case of voluntary employment termination or termination with cause, failure to meet the terms of your educational loan repayment agreement, or in the event you choose to leave the program at any time, you are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.
² Payments made to student loans are considered taxable income on employees' W2, and may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by MyEyeDr. on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the MyEyeDr. Pathways Program.
